The mental side of this system is from experience and is gathered from
professionals.
Just remember the bad feelings you have will pass by the time you fall asleep,
understanding comes to fruition, and nothing lasts. The key to self-help is
remembering tips to remind yourself. Here are some of the tips I used to help
myself:
1.There is no competition there is hope.
2.You shouldn’t take yourself so seriously it really doesn’t matter.
3.If it breaks it breaks
4.Q.T.I.P. Quit taking it personal. You shouldn’t take it so hard.
Remember one of these phrases to help you through difficult times. Now on to

st thing is are you getting enough sleep? How are your sleeping habits?
I have stayed up in the past for three days but the majority of time sleep fine and
have a normal sleeping habit. This is a major mental check if you get enough
sleep or not. If you don’t get enough sleep and have a regular habit this can cause
mental problems. The majority of mental problems are caused by lack of sleep. If
you can’t sleep for days you may want to take some Nyquil. Most likely you will
sleep anyway. If not see a Doctor.
2.Next is do you have any psychotic symptoms?
Girls get pissed or may seem psychotic if they are cheated or slighted. This is
what most symptoms are in girls. If you think you have psychotic symptoms
weigh your decision and make sure you have a reason to see a Doctor. I
recommend don’t see a Doctor till you can’t handle the problem yourself.
3.Are you depressed?
Like I mentioned earlier go to water if you depressed. This includes where you
live if possible or going to the beach or fishing even. Water has a calming effect.
Jogging or other exercise is key to self-regulation. If you jog 2 or more miles three
times a week you should feel better. Set exercise goals for yourself and you will
be surprised how good you feel when you reach your jogging goal. If money is
your problem , if you jog enough and get into great shape, you may not have a
Million dollars but you will feel like it. Only see a Doctor as a last resort if exercise
or the beach doesn’t work.
4.Do you get paranoid?
This is usually caused by Marijuana but maybe a symptom of immaturity or false
belief. Know yourself and only do what you can handle. Don’t care too much
about the outcome if it breaks it breaks.
5.How is your food and water intake?
Do you eat two-three meals a day? Do you have a problem snacking at night?
Use your self-control to eat less and more healthy snacks. Make sure to drink lots
of water. I think it is 8 cups a day. You don’t want to get dehydrated. This is the
first rule of survival find water.
6.Do you exercise?
Check out preworkoutexplosion.com for ideas. The best exercise I found is
jogging. This helps your heart(cardio), lungs(pulmonary), and your overall body.
You can lose weight and regulate sleep with jogging. It is part of Proactive Five
because of the endorphins released making you excited and in shape.
7.Are you on Social Media?
This may help but is not necessary. You can reconnect with people you went to
school with on Facebook. It helps to give props to people from your past and set
things right or move into the future. Other channels include Twitter, Instagram,
Pinterest, Tik Tok, and YouTube.

  1. Learning to play is more important than math or most schoolwork. Playing
    helps kids grow into more functional adults. Columbia is the best art college in
    Chicago besides the Art Institute college.
    9.Do you know how to dance?
    I watched YouTube videos to learn hip hop moves like brush off your shoulders,
    the running man, shuffle, the sprinkler and other moves. My favorite move is Dan
    Ackroyds dance style from the Blues Brother. A dance style I would like to learn
    is the running man and side shuffle like in the Ted Lasso pilot on Apple +. Dance
    your blues away.
    10.Do you like the Rolling Stones?
    They are a healthy choice and are in my opinion better than the Beatles as the
    best rock band of all time. The Beatles only lasted 8 years and only Ringo and
    Paul remain. The Stones are still playing together and Mick, Charlie, Keith, and
    Ron are still alive. I think only the Bass player Wyman is not around. The Stones
    are the best and can be played anywhere
